Thank you so much for coming to the house this morning to work through the remaining odds and ends. I learned a lot of really good tips from watching and talking to you. It was also excellent to have answers to a few questions I had. Plus, it was fun. As you can probably tell, since I practically jump for joy, I am "over the moon in love" with my new dining room and kitchen. Soooo very beautiful in every way. Thank you so much for your perseverance and attention to detail. The results are spectacular!

Mr. Key, thank you for your major part in beautifying our house. It has been a pleasure working with you, with Kirk, and all of your associates--a very professional bunch. I am sure we will be doing more with Key Residential in the near term and when we down-size in the less than near time...God bless you and yours and God speed on your further ventures.

In almost 35 years of work being done by various contractors/home builders at our homes,
we can say that hiring and working with Kevin Key...and Key Residential has by far been the
best experience. The projects they have completed at our current home for the past five years
have always gone smoothly, ranging from minor to grand remodels. It is a complete pleasure
to work with them and their crew. Key Residential is the epitome of what a home owner looks for
in a professional contractor/homebuilder. They are responsible, dependable, reliable gentlemen.
We highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a house remodel or building a custom home.
We are thankful to have crossed paths with Kevin and will continue to have them help us meet
our current home's ultimate potential, and any homes in our future.Vicki and Hicks M.
There are many articles written about the difficulties of home renovations, however, we would
like to commend our contractor, Kevin Key, on an amazing job. We began our renovation over
a year ago, tackling bathrooms, flooring, fireplaces, windows, lighting, a staircase, rotting wood,
leaks, replacing stucco, hardware, doors, etc. We remained in our home throughout. Each day
we were met by polite, on-time professional subcontractors who handled all the surprises that
only an old house can bring. We felt that everyone who worked on our home had pride in their
work and wanted to do a terrific job, which they did on every level. Most importantly, they met
every deadline that was set. We have a large family, with five adult children, dogs, cats, and
an adorable grandson who had so many questions about what was happening and everyone
took time to answer him and make sure that the environment was safe for him. Kevin always
took our calls, taking the time to answer our questions when we didn't understand the ins and
outs of the construction lingo. Kevin and his crew became part of our extended family; helping
with tasks that were clearly not in the scope of their contract, including lifting the brined
Thanksgiving turkey to the fridge because it was so heavy. Key Residential has continued to
move on to projects in our daughter's homes and we highly recommend them for any of your
home renovation needs.Marianne
Often exceptional people do not receive the recognition for the services they perform, I do
not want this to be one of them. Kevin, I want to express my thanks and total satisfaction
to you and your company, Key Residential, for the quality work and the beautiful end product
on my recent remodeling job.It has also been a pleasure working with your outside service people. I have received superior
service from Mike; he always went out of his way to accommodate adding to his schedule. I am
also grateful for the work done by Darrell. His suggestions and professionalism solved my a/c
issues and added to our improved health by implementing his recommendations.Your overall service, knowledge and integrity are superior to any of the other contractors I have
used. You are the best - your company is the best! I will definitely recommend your company
to anyone contemplating remodeling as well as give you any and all of my future business.
