Kevin Key
|
Kevin Key has been working in the remodeling industry for over twenty years. With his undergraduate degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, Kevin has an understanding of the structural and architectural aspects of each project. Kevin has knowledge of each of the construction components that comprise an addition, remodel, or new home construction. Kevin began construction work in Lubbock, TX, and then moved to the Dallas area where he has been involved with the remodeling industry for the past 13 years. Kevin started Key Renovations in January 2004, after working for a Dallas remodeling company.

Bob Holte
|
Bob Holte joined Key Renovations at the end of 2004 as a partner in the company. He has been involved in Dallas area remodeling for 23 years. His Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education has provided him a solid foundation on which to build his knowledge of residential remodeling. Bob's continued education includes two certifications from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI); "Certified Remodeler" and "Certified Lead Carpenter."
Relationships are very important to Kevin, Bob and Key Renovations. Kevin has been married for seventeen years and has four children. Bob has been married for twenty- eight years and has three children. Kevin obtained a PhD in Ethics in 1998 and Bob has a Master of Theology degree. Establishing a foundation of honesty, integrity, and fairness has been critical to our client relationships, and our relationships with designers, architects, and sub-contractors. The combination of construction knowledge and experience along with ethical business practices join together to complete the dreams that each of our clients has for their home.
Key Renovations is a member of NARI Greater Dallas. We are registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Key Renovations is a recent winner of a Region 5, 2006 CoTY Award in the Exterior Specialty category.
