We are extremely pleased with all the work done on our home by Bob Holte and his top notch service men with Kevin Key at Key Renovations. When the original renovation on our 40-year-old home ended in total disaster, our interior designer directed us to Bob Holte with Key Renovations. Bob and his awesome service team immediately began repairing the unprofessional mess left behind by the original contractor and his sub-standard subs!

Bob Holte and his people have corrected everything from electrical and plumbing mistakes to painting, tile and hardwood flooring fiascos. All of the work corrected and completed has been absolutely perfect and every man who worked in our home was professional, honest, and caring.

In the future, the first person we will call for help with our home will be Bob Holte. We recommend Bob and Key Renovations to our friends as well. A thank you to Bob and all of the people who made our home renovation perfect.

There are many articles written about the difficulties of home renovations, however, we would like to commend our contractor, Kevin Key, on an amazing job.

We began our renovation over a year ago, tackling bathrooms, flooring, fireplaces, windows, lighting, a staircase, rotting wood, leaks, replacing stucco, hardware, doors, etc. We remained in our home throughout. Each day we were met by polite, on- time professional subcontractors who handled all the surprises that only an old house can bring. We felt that everyone who worked on our home had pride in their work and wanted to do a terrific job, which they did on every level. Most importantly, they met every deadline that was set.

We have a large family, with five adult children, dogs, cats, and an adorable grandson who had so many questions about what was happening and everyone took time to answer him and make sure that the environment was safe for him. Kevin always took our calls, taking the time to answer our questions when we didn’t understand the ins and outs of the construction lingo. Kevin and his crew became part of our extended family; helping with tasks that were clearly not in the scope of their contract, including lifting the brined Thanksgiving turkey to the fridge because it was so heavy.

Key Renovations has continued to move on to projects in our daughter's homes and we highly recommend them for any of your home renovation needs.

Often exceptional people do not receive the recognition for the services they perform, I do not want this to be one of them. Kevin, I want to express my thanks and total satisfaction to you and your company, Key Renovations, for the quality work and the beautiful end product on my recent remodeling job.

It has also been a pleasure working with your outside service people. I have received superior service from Mike; he always went out of his way to accommodate adding to his schedule. I am also grateful for the work done by Darrell. His suggestions and professionalism solved my a/c issues and added to our improved health by implementing his recommendations.
