“We love our home,” exclaim the owners of this sixty-year old, Dallas, Cape Cod home
after Key Residential renovated their entire house. This project is the perfect example
of cooperating parts resulting in a wonderful whole. From the homeowners, to the
architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, interior designers, and neighbors, each
one’s care and expertise made this remodel a success.

The overall goal of this project was to keep the original architectural design and enlarge
and enhance the home’s functionality. This was accomplished by creating more overall
usable space, increasing the natural lighting and improving the home’s traffic flows.
Professional craftsmanship such as exquisite woodwork and moldings, custom built-ins,
and granite and marble surfaces, provide this home with those special touches that add
to its livability.

Disaster Restored

This whole house remodel came about because of a frozen pipe that burst and flooded
the home while the homeowner was out of town. Key Renovations began the project
before he returned home, helping the homeowner with access to all of our resources.
In the end, this disaster enabled the homeowner to remodel his home to the dream
he had always imagined.
